In our third decade of existence, the Florida Fox Trotter Association (FFTA), an affiliate of the Missouri Fox Trotting Horse Breeding Association (MFTHBA), exists to promote this versatile gaited breed of horse in the Southeastern United States. The FFTA maintains a busy and varied schedule of trail rides, clinics, shows, demonstrations, and other social events for those who own Fox Trotting horses.

The club’s monthly meetings are held at 7 p.m. the second Monday of each month at the Lake Helen City Hall at 327 S. Lakeview Dr. Lake Helen, FL 32744. If the meeting’s location or time changes it will be posted on the club’s Facebook page.

|Suncoast Trail Riders
Our club participates and hosts many activities throughout the year. We enjoy campouts, trail rides, moonlight rides, equestrian dinner shows, poker rides, parties, trail cleanups, guest speakers, volunteer work with the forestry service and SWFWMD, and we also attend local events as a group.

The Osceola County Wagon Train & Trail Ride is a not-for-profit organization, composed completely of volunteer members. Our mission is to promote and preserve the ranching heritage of Osceola County, Florida through horsemanship, education, fellowship and reverence for the land.
